The 1992 Tatarstan shooting was a mass murder. On 26 April 1992, 23-year-old Andrey Shpagonov, former huntsman went to a hunting camp. He went to steal firearms. ==Shooting== At 10 p.m. Shpagonov went to camp, armed with a knife and a Makarov pistol. He entered the second floor and gunned down one man (named Lepuhin ). After that he went to the next room and shot sleeping Shmelev (). Later he went down to the first floor and killed sleeping Komardin. When another huntsman Nogaytsev came to the house, Andrey shot him in the back of the head. After that Shpagonov went to the expeditors room, and gunned down four woman. Three of them were killed, one (Lyalya Forseyeva - ) was badly injured, but survived and wrote Shpagonov's name in her blood on the floor. The two last victims were huntsman Sadyyev () and his driver. After that, Shpagonov stole 67 guns, more than 700 rounds of ammo, and burned the house.
